법규상 주어진 입면,재료 등의 제한요건에서 브랜드가 가지는 특징을 표현함과 동시에 임대용건축이 가지는 건축주의 경제성의 부분을 고려하였다.
또한, 건축물의 가지는 형태와 그 공간의 구성에 따라 환경의 달라짐을 느낄수 있도록 하였다.
